About me

I am a fourth year Applied Mathematics PhD student at Reims University, France. The PhD is under the supervision of Stephanie Salmon (Laboratoire de Mathématiques de Reims) and Hugues Talbot (Laboratoire d'Informatique Gaspard Monge at ESIEE). I am also co-advised by Nicolas Passat (CReSTIC at Reims).

Research Interests

The aim of my thesis is to design 4D vascular models for the creation of virtual cerebral angiography images. From segmented medical images, it is first necessary to perform geometry and topology corrections. Then we generate 2D and 3D meshes in order to finally simulate blood flows in realistic geometries.

My thesis is bi-disciplinary, consisting, on the one hand, in developing segmentation procedures  for cerebral vascular networks using variational methods, and on the other hand, in performing blood flow simulations in these segmented networks using numerical models consistent with Navier-Stokes equations.
